Responsibilities Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide timely and accurate support. Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account management. Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or promote new offerings. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM systems. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions. Support client services by troubleshooting issues, offering solutions, and escalating complex cases when needed. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance overall customer experience. Scheduled Clients for Technicians to come out and resolve plumbing, Heating and air, or Security issues. Dispatch Technicians to calls Requirements Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is advantageous. Strong sales aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities for client engagement. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette. Proficiency in Service Titan, Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills. Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and cash handling is desirable. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
