We're hiring Junior Customer Representatives in Bend and Redmond, OR! This full-time, entry-level role offers paid training, hands-on coaching, and opportunities to build skills in customer service, sales, and business operations while representing nationally recognized brands in retail settings. No experience required! We're seeking dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy interacting with people, answering customer questions, explaining products and services, and creating positive customer experiences. What You'll Do Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Learn about products and services and clearly explain their features and benefits. Promote products and services, identify customer needs, and support sales opportunities. Answer customer questions and assist with account changes, upgrades, and general inquiries. Build positive customer relationships through effective communication and helpful service. Participate in paid training, coaching, and team meetings. Learn and follow company procedures and customer service best practices. Work toward individual and team sales and performance goals. Help maintain a positive and professional retail environment. What We're Looking For No previous experience required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Dependable, punctual, and motivated. Eager to develop new skills and take on additional responsibilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus, but not required. Compensation & Benefits Full-time W-2 position.
