• Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Serve as a customer advocate by providing exceptional service and support. Investigate and resolve customer concerns by identifying the root cause and determining the best solution. Process parts orders and service authorizations as needed to facilitate issue resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure concerns have been addressed and resolved satisfactorily. Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience Experience working in a SAP environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in escalated situations

Pay:

$24.00 per hour
