$300-$616 Job Description We are hiring on-Site Night-Shift Customer Support & Sales Representatives to support a leading satellite internet service. In this role, you will: Handle inbound customer calls and provide excellent customer service. Assist customers with account and service questions. Help with equipment activation, password resets, service plans, and orders. Explain products, services, features, pricing, and availability. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or service plans. Assist with inbound sales and work toward sales and conversion goals. Resolve customer concerns professionally. Document customer interactions accurately. Use multiple computer systems while assisting customers. Meet customer service, quality, productivity, and sales performance goals. Schedule Night Shift Available shift options: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM 1:00 AM - 9:30 AM Paid training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 PM-4:30 AM for approximately 2 weeks. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working in a call center environment. Comfortable using computers and multiple systems. Comfortable with customer service and sales. Reliable attendance and transportation. Must be available for the full training schedule. Must be comfortable working nights and weekends.
