The Factory in Dickson City is looking for a Showroom Assistant. This is a part-time weekend position. We are a full-service furniture showroom and take great pride in delivering excellent products and service to our customers. This position requires a strong customer service background and an eye for detail. You will work alongside our managers to accomplish the daily goals of our showroom. The most important job qualification is being a "people person" with an outgoing personality. We are seeking someone who is organized, dependable and looking to progress with our company. We want you to have fun and enjoy your role as we train you to excel in this fast-paced position! This is a Part-Time weekend position with a starting rate of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers to our store Answer incoming phone calls Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service Maintain the store's visual appearance in high standards Help with setup of merchandise and displays in our showrooms Ensure showroom displays are organized for proper presentation Process POS (point of sale) purchases and comply with inventory control procedures

Qualifications:

A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus A basic understanding of customer service practices Proficiency in English and basic Math skills Solid communication and interpersonal skills A willingness to learn Must be able to lift without restriction

Work Schedule:

Saturday:

10am - 5pm

Sunday:

12pm - 4pm

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
