Responsibilities Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Educate clients on property and casualty insurance options, ensuring they are well-informed about coverage details. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and support. Manage client accounts efficiently using the agency's management system. Stay updated on industry trends, carrier offerings, and regulatory changes relevant to property and casualty insurance. Assist clients throughout the insurance purchasing process, from initial consultation to policy issuance. Requirements Strong communication skills with a focus on client interaction and relationship building. Knowledge of property and casualty and life insurance products is preferred. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and set flexible hours. Ability to navigate agency management systems and other digital tools effectively. Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory. A proactive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
