About Us:

Established in 1958, Continental Materials, Inc. is a leading provider of building products across the country. We are seeking a full-time, in-person Customer Service / Order Entry Representative to join our fast-paced office team in Abington, PA.

General Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer and sales calls, making timely follow-ups as needed. Accurately process, enter, and track customer orders received via phone, fax, and email. Communicate with customers and internal staff to resolve order updates or delivery details. Maintain spreadsheets and documentation in support of daily order operations.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in order entry or administrative customer service. 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Detail-oriented with high data-entry accuracy. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work effectively both independently and within a team. Strong, self-motivated work ethic. Must reside in or near Abington, PA with reliable transportation for daily in-person work.

Desirable Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP software. Experience with TMS (Transportation Management System) software and/or dispatching.
