Job Description
Position Summary Alliance Cigar is seeking a driven Sales & Customer Service Agent to grow wholesale sales, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service. This role focuses on outbound selling, account development, customer retention, and accurate order support. Key Responsibilities Sales & Account Growth Conduct outbound calls to existing, inactive, and prospective wholesale accounts. Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, promotions, and new product launches. Build customer relationships that improve retention, reorder frequency, and account growth. Follow up on leads, quotes, and sales opportunities while maintaining an active pipeline. Support sales initiatives, incentive programs, and trade-show follow-up efforts. Meet individual and team goals for sales activity, account engagement, and revenue. Be eligible to earn monthly SPIFF incentives on designated promoted brands based on program terms and sales results. Customer Service & Order Support Process orders accurately and respond to questions about products, pricing, promotions, inventory, and shipping. Resolve customer concerns and order issues promptly and professionally. Provide a positive customer experience across phone, email, and chat channels. Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to support smooth order fulfillment. Maintain accurate customer records and stay current on products and company promotions. Qualifications 1+ years of sales, customer service, or account management experience. Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-through skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or order management systems. Self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable with outbound sales activity.
