Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
• Light cleaning and maintaining an organized work area
• Restocking and order placement
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Personal and attentative
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic knowledge of electronics and technical sales is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills Must be available weekends.
