Job Description

What You'll Do:

Be the superstar who ensures customer orders flow seamlessly from development to launch Communicate with customers to finalize BOMs and keep everything accurate in our MRP system Analyze supply and demand to keep materials moving and schedules on track Collaborate with scheduling and shipping teams to make magic happen Prepare weekly status updates and keep customers in the loop Maintain data integrity like pro and close orders with confidence

What We're Looking For:

2 + years of customer service or product development experience Project management skills? Even better! Familiarity with Microsoft Office and MRP systems A multitasking master who can pivot with ease A positive, courteous communicator who loves teamwork
