Robert Half is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) for a growing organization in the Lehigh Valley area. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
ResponsibilitiesRespond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channelsProvide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, and company policiesAssist Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers with professionalism and empathyResearch and resolve customer concerns in a timely mannerDocument customer interactions and update records within company systemsProcess orders, requests, and account updates as neededCollaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are metMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence
