Job Description

We are looking for a team member to help us continue our tradition of excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in person, over the phone, and through digital communications. Answer client questions and respond to requests Use problem solving skills to troubleshoot client issues. Service accounts including filing claims and performing policy changes. Collect and process incoming payments. Agency Billing. Outgoing Mail preparation. Incoming Mail sorting and distribution. Monitor and delegate incoming emails, faxes and voicemails. Client care and touchpoints. Participate in trainings as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required, PA Property & Casualty Insurance License Required. 1-3+ years of relevant customer service experience. Excellent communication skills required with an eye for detail. Working knowledge of computer systems. This position is full-time at our Philipsburg Agency Location from 9:00-5:00 Monday through Friday. This is a great opportunity for a motivated Insurance Professional committed to providing high-quality customer service and sales.
