Job Overview We are seeking an dedicated and compassionate experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients and their pets, ensuring a positive experience at every interaction. The ideal candidate will have a background in veterinary services, allowing them to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and expertise. Duties Respond to customer inquiries including scheduling appointments via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information regarding services and products. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication between clients and medical professionals. Educate pet owners on proper vaccine schedules, preventative care, and other recommendations from our veterinarians. Handle medical collection processes with sensitivity and professionalism. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Qualifications At least 1 year of customer service experience in a veterinary setting is preferred. Ability to efficiently multitask and remain calm during stressful situations. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and compassionately. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and appointment scheduling. A genuine love for animals and commitment to their well-being. Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to work well on their own and in a team setting.
