$22-23 per service hour About Clean House Clean House, Inc. is a growing professional organizing company serving the Main Line, Philadelphia, and surrounding communities. We help clients transform overwhelming spaces into beautiful, functional environments that support their everyday lives. Our Home Assistant service provides recurring, hands-on support to keep everyday belongings put away and frequently used spaces in order. About the Opportunity We're seeking reliable, detail-oriented independent service providers who enjoy creating order and helping clients maintain manageable homes. This service focuses on maintaining the client's existing setup . You'll put belongings away, straighten storage areas, and reset spaces without undertaking full reorganizing projects. When a space needs decluttering, a new storage system, or a complete transformation, Clean House's professional organizing team handles that work separately. Clients do not need a professionally organized home to use this service. Services You May Provide Each household's scope is agreed upon before an engagement and may include: Folding and putting away clean laundry. Hanging clothing and straightening closets, drawers, shoes, and accessories. Returning toys, books, and everyday belongings to their designated places. Straightening pantry shelves and putting away groceries already in the home. Folding and putting away clean towels and linens. Replenishing toiletries and household essentials from supplies already on hand. Resetting entryways, mudrooms, playrooms, bedrooms, and shared living spaces. Unpacking approved deliveries and placing packaging in designated household recycling areas. Setting aside unfamiliar items for client review. Sharing observations with Clean House when recurring storage problems may benefit from a separate organizing project. Service Boundaries Home Assistant engagements do not include: Errands, shopping, returns, or donation drop-offs. Personal assistance, appointment scheduling, or household administration. Childcare, eldercare, or pet care. Cooking or meal preparation. Deep cleaning or routine housekeeping. Washing, drying, or ironing laundry. Independently discarding or donating client belongings. Full reorganizing, new storage-system design, or installations. Heavy lifting or furniture moving. Schedule and Engagements Daytime weekday opportunities based on client demand. Providers choose which engagements to accept. Appointment times, service priorities, and scope are mutually agreed in advance. Recurring household visits may be available. No minimum hours or volume of work is guaranteed. Providers determine their work methods and task sequence within the agreed scope and client permissions. This is a nonexclusive opportunity. Providers remain free to market their businesses and serve other clients. Compensation and Payment Clean House pays $22-23 per service hour under mutually agreed contractor payment terms. Providers submit completed service hours to Clean House for payment. Clean House handles all client billing and payment collection. Provider Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Operates an independently established business offering relevant home services to the public. Has experience delivering home resets, organizing maintenance, or comparable household services. Works independently and reliably fulfills accepted commitments. Has strong attention to detail and respects existing household arrangements. Communicates professionally and asks questions rather than guessing about client belongings. Maintains confidentiality and treats each home with care. Has reliable transportation to accepted appointments. Is comfortable working independently in occupied homes or while clients are away. Is comfortable working around household pets. Can provide references and complete agreed background screening. Can submit accurate service records and manage their own business documentation. Relevant experience may include home upkeep, hospitality, retail, customer service, or professional organizing. Work Environment and Travel This is active, hands-on work involving standing, walking, bending, reaching, folding, and using stairs in client homes. Providers select service locations they agree to serve. Some appointments may involve travel of 45 minutes or more, depending on your starting point. Heavy lifting and furniture moving are outside the service scope. Why Consider This Opportunity? Hands-on work with visible results. Opportunities for recurring client engagements. The ability to select engagements that fit your business. Meaningful work that helps clients feel more comfortable in their homes. A defined service scope, with Clean House managing client billing and larger organizing projects.
