Job Description

Lewis Truck Lines is an over the road trucking company based in Aynor, SC. We are currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant/Service Writer in our shop. One year experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment to deal with daily breakdowns along with normal daily activities.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle daily breakdowns for drivers on the road Manage daily inspections for periodical maintenance of truck leased to LTL. Keeping records of PM services, Annual inspections, monthly on-yard and locations of trailers/trucks. Communicate expirations to the drivers and owner/operators. Keeping inventory of all parts along with keeping the parts room clean and organized. Scanning in all paperwork

Requirements:

2 + years of knowledge with all Microsoft office programs and office management Must have valid Drivers License. Must be able to lift at least 15 lbs. Must be able to handle a fast pace environment Preferred knowledge of Tractor/Trailer or Heavy Duty Equipment Must work as a team player within your department along with other departments in the workplace.

Wages:

Hourly rate to be discussed during interview and will be based on experience.
