Job Description

Recruiting Solutions is currently hiring a Weekend Shift Customer Service Dispatcher in Laurens, SC . Pay ranges from $23/hr. Schedule & Pay Weekend Day Shift - Friday through Sunday, 7am-7pm Opportunity with room for growth and development

Responsibilities:

Monitor multiple systems including, but not limited to, Dynamic Scheduling, SCADA, OMS, security cameras, and network monitoring. Handle issues according to procedures Operate various communication means to supply and receive information to and from personnel regarding outages and job functions. Record location of work crews and communicate with team members. Maintain proper record keeping and reports as require Answer incoming phone calls and handle according to procedures

Requirements:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 3 years of cusomter service or dispatcher experience preferred Ability to work independently with strong multi-tasking skills Capability to manage multiple customer interactions while utilizing computer systems efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution
