Spa Concierge & Guest Services (Part-Time)

Fridays & Saturdays, 8:30 AM-5:00/5:30 PM About the Role Cedar Rose Spa is a high-end, high-volume wellness spa seeking a polished, reliable, and experienced Spa Concierge & Guest Services professional to join our front desk team. Our spa can be busy and fast-paced while still maintaining a calm, relaxing atmosphere for our guests. This position requires someone who can stay composed under pressure, listen carefully, follow established procedures, and work seamlessly alongside our experienced team. What You'll Do Create an exceptional guest experience: Warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, answer phones, schedule appointments, and help ensure each guest's visit runs smoothly.

Maintain our luxury environment:

Keeping the spa beautiful is an important part of this role. Responsibilities include maintaining the front desk and guest areas, assisting with spa laundry, restocking, and completing end-of-day cleaning.

Manage a busy front desk:

Balance phone calls, guest needs, scheduling, payments, and other front desk responsibilities while remaining calm, organized, and professional. Work as part of a team: Follow established procedures and the direction of senior staff, communicate clearly, and step in where needed to keep the spa running smoothly. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Experience in luxury hospitality, upscale retail, a busy restaurant, medical office, salon/spa, or similar guest-facing environment preferred Strong listening and communication skills Comfortable learning scheduling and point-of-sale software Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented Professional demeanor and appearance Comfortable with cleaning, laundry, and maintaining high presentation standards Available consistently on Fridays and Saturdays Compensation & Perks $16.00
