This position serves as the first point of contact for the Pella Showroom customer walk-ins and call-ins and contributes to sales success by properly directing customers to the appropriate department and answers product related questions. Must be a quick learner and have a desire to be a product expert. In addition, he/she will provide administrative assistance to sales and administration.

Essential Duties:

Must be an outgoing person with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Display and/or demonstrate product in showrooms, using samples or catalogs, emphasizing features and benefits of Pella products. Answers and accurately directs customer calls for both internal and external customers by asking leading questions and prequalifying. Sets proper customer expectations regarding the retail replacement process. Maintains a favorable and hospitable setting for all customers in the showroom Responsible for taking the appropriate action and contacting those required to resolve showroom concerns Provides administrative support for sales and management. Administers, verifies, and communicates accurate product or customer information.

Qualifications:

Organizational, social, and customer focus skills are necessary along with strong product knowledge Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Strong math skills and good data entry skills are required along with the demonstrated ability to be creative. A high level of energy, confidence and top notch customer service
