Inbound Contact Center Representative (Full-Time)

Join our team at Community Bank, where community and customer service come first. We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to assist our customers with their banking needs over the phone. As a full-time Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and are directed to the appropriate department or employee.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound customer calls promptly and courteously. Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and resolving issues. Provide information on bank products and services. Follow up on customer requests and ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Adhere to bank policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls. Basic computer proficiency. Customer service experience preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Commitment to the values of community, integrity, and customer service.

Hours:

Full-time schedule, Monday-Thursday 8:00 until 4:00, and Friday 8:00 until 5:00
