The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. Our customers are in YOUR good hands. • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and in-person at our agency located at 3939 Belt Line Rd, Ste 275, Addison

• Review customer policies to identify opportunities to enhance their protection and ensure all discounts are applied
• Process policy changes and endorsements, process payments, file claims, answer billing inquiries, and other administrative tasks
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate customer records in the database
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs Skills Required
• Spanish speaking fluency with proficiency in English
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to type efficiently
• Familiarity with office procedures and computerized systems
