Essential Duties Order Taking & Service:

Receive and process customer orders via drive-thru window, ensuring accuracy and speed

Product Knowledge:

Understand beer and beverage offerings, including sizes, flavors, and special promotions. Fruit bowls, snacks, and other snacks.

Cash Handling:

Operate cash register or payment system, process payments, and handle change efficiently

Customer Service:

Greet customers courteously, answer questions, and resolve issues promptly.

Team Coordination:

Communicate with other staff to ensure orders are prepared and ready.

Cleanliness & Safety:

Maintain a clean drive-thru area, follow health and safety regulations, and ensure proper equipment operation.

Inventory Support:

Assist with restocking or replenishing supplies as needed.

Compliance:
