Call Center Representative - DreamCatchers As a Call Center Representative at DreamCatchers Hair Extensions, you'll be the first point of contact for hairstylists, salon owners, and customers. You'll assist with hair extension orders, product inquiries, shipping, and customer support while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively assist our diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from stylists, salon owners, and customers in both English and Spanish. Assist customers with placing hair extension orders and provide detailed information about: Hair extension products, colors, lengths, pricing, and availability. Order placement, processing, and tracking. Shipping, returns, and exchanges. Help customers select the appropriate hair extension products based on their needs. Assist with account setup, online ordering, and troubleshooting. Identify opportunities to upsell hair extensions and related products. Accurately document customer interactions and order information in the CRM system. Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary. Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful experience for every customer. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or salon/beauty industry preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to multitask across phone calls, emails, order management systems, and CRM software. Familiarity with hair extensions or cosmetology is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing customer orders. Positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
