This is a position focused on Customer Service for a well-established State Farm Agent. If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! As our Customer Service Representative, you'll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Answer phones and greet clients Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
