Job Description
Job Summary Do you enjoy working with people and have a solid knowledge of automobiles? B & C Transmission & Automotive is looking for a friendly, dependable individual to join our front office team. This position is ideal for someone who understands vehicles, communicates well with customers, and enjoys building lasting relationships. As the first person our customers meet, you'll help create an exceptional customer experience while supporting the daily operations of our shop.
- Greet customers as they enter the establishment
- Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately
- Assist customers with inquiries and answer phone.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-end area
- Check in cars, do walk arounds
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Order parts Requirements
- Must have experience in customer service and knowledge of Automobiles
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must have Texas drivers license and clean driving record.
