Front Customer Service Representative - Dry Cleaning Comet Cleaners - Forest Hill, TX We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our team at Comet Cleaners in Forest Hill. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, is dependable, and can work efficiently in a busy environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude Check in and pick up customers' dry-cleaning orders Operate the cash register and process payments accurately Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service Help customers with their orders and resolve basic issues Organize and maintain customer garments and orders Keep the front counter and customer area clean and organized Follow company procedures for tagging, storing, and releasing garments

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable and punctual Friendly and professional attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer and cash-register skills Previous customer service or dry-cleaning experience is a plus, but not required Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

Part-time Monday-Saturday Approximately 1:00 PM-7:00 PM Must be dependable and able to work scheduled shifts

Pay:

Starting at $12/hour Pay may increase to $12-$14/hour depending on experience and performance
