Includes a wide variety of duties, including making sure our customers needs are met and issues are resolved.

Specific Job Functions:

• Handle majority of calls within phone queue.
• Process stop payment requests.
• Process debit card limit increases.
• Process debit card disputes.
• Handle credit verifications for Social Security and other inquiring entities.
• Scan documents into Director for document retention.
• Work late night rotation during week for debit card assistance.
• Handle tickets in the ticketing system.
• Handle retail online customers with needed maintenance.
• Assist with bill pay trouble shooting for customer accounts.
• Handle tele-bank resets for customers.
• Process all bank mail daily including the loan notices, EIM notices, and morning CD notices.
• Handle mailed in address change requests and other customer maintenance.
• Handle the coding of accounts for undeliverable mail returned by post office.
• Filing of CD and IRA folders within filing system.
• Handle in-person customer counter within department.
• Assist branch employees with higher level calls from phone queue.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
