Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring cash handling procedures are followed. Demonstrate product knowledge and promote upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area while ensuring that merchandise displays are well-stocked. Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate cash handling and register operations. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial for effective transaction processing.
