Job Description

Customer Service Representative Fredericksburg, Texas Responsibilities include: Responsible for operating POS system to complete transactions while handling cash and operating a credit card machine. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Quickly and actively seek out customers to assess their needs, answer questions and provide solutions. Resolve complaints in a professional manner. Analyze customer needs and recommend useful products or feed. Take customer feed orders in person and over the phone. Manage and maintain in store inventory, restocking shelves when necessary.

Job requirements:

High School Diploma Proficient computer skills. Ability to multitask and manage time. Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Agriculture background is a plus.
