This position involves more than working the register. We are looking for someone who can help with day-to-day store operations, inventory, stocking, organization, and customer service. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly customer service Operate the cash register and process customer transactions Answer phones and assist customers with basic questions Receive, count, and organize incoming inventory Enter and update inventory information on the computer Stock and organize shelves Monitor inventory and help identify items that need to be reordered Use Excel and other basic computer programs for inventory and store needs Assist with Facebook and other basic online/store-related tasks Keep the register, shelves, counters, and work areas clean and organized Help maintain a clean and professional-looking store Be able to safely lift and move products weighing up to 20 lbs Assist with other general store duties as needed Requirements Bilingual English & Spanish is required Comfortable using computers Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel Comfortable using Facebook and other online platforms Friendly and comfortable communicating with customers Dependable and punctual Organized and able to multitask Willing to learn and take on different responsibilities Able to lift up to 20 lbs No automotive paint or body shop experience is necessary.
