AT&T Representative:

Engage with customers to provide information about available AT&T products, services, and promotional offers Create positive customer experiences through clear communication and attentive service Identify opportunities to match customers with services that align with their needs Support sales and customer acquisition initiatives through professional interactions Build trust and rapport through professional and customer-focused interactions Stay up to date on AT&T product updates, service enhancements, and current promotions Accurately document customer interactions and follow established company procedures

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required Goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with customers Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus, but not required Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay:

$68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
