You'll use point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and payment transactions accurately, and bring a friendly, energetic approach to every interaction. This role may also support stocking, merchandising, and product demonstrations. Responsibilities Operate the cash register and POS system; process retail sales transactions and manage the cash drawer with care. Welcome customers, answer questions, provide product knowledge, and demonstrate products when appropriate. Recommend relevant items through helpful upselling and support retail sales goals. Stock shelves, maintain merchandising displays, and keep the checkout area organized. Use clear communication and professional phone etiquette; assist with supervising duties when assigned.
