Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. If you have a passion for tractor and outdoor equipment and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the service department
Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their unit's issues
Perform unit inspections and provide detailed estimates for repairs
Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding the status of their unit.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and unit repairs

Qualifications:

Previous experience in service writing or a related role is preferred
Knowledge of diesel engine repair is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Familiarity with dealership operations is beneficial
Computer knowledge and willingness to learn Point-of-Sale system
Provide internal support for technicians Join our team of dedicated professionals and contribute to providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Pay will depend on experience Hours include: M-F 8-5 Sat 9-12
