Membership Sales Consultant (MSA) -

Turn Your Personality Into a Career LA Fitness is looking for motivated, outgoing, and goal-driven individuals to join our team as Membership Sales Associates. As an MSA, your goal is simple: help more people improve their lives through health and fitness. You'll connect with prospective members, learn about their fitness goals, give club tours, and help them choose the membership that best fits their needs. What You'll Do Sell and enroll new LA Fitness memberships Give club tours and build relationships with prospective members Generate leads through calls, referrals, and community outreach Follow up with prospects and work toward daily/monthly sales goals Deliver a positive and professional experience to every guest What We're Looking For Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to people Competitive and motivated by goals Coachable with a strong work ethic Dependable and team-oriented Weekend availability is required Sales experience is a plus, but not required Pay & Career Growth Starting pay is $11/hour, with additional commission and unit bonuses that can increase earnings to $16+/hour based on performance.
