• Overview:

• We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

• Duties:

• Greet customers with a welcoming attitude as they enter the store.

Assist customers in locating products and provide recommendations as needed. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems. Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments while maintaining cash register accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves and cleaning spills. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock replenishment needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning gas pumps and restrooms. Adhere to all applicable regulations and guidelines related to gas station operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Uphold a positive and professional image of the gas station convenience store at all times.

• Skills:

• Strong etiquette and communication skills
• Sales experience is a plus
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell products
• Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a bonus
