Responsibilities What do our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) do? CSR's are the first contact to help customers. Our Customer Service Representatives are knowledgeable, courteous and caring to the callers' concerns in their businesses or homes. They enjoy making a customer feel confident that their concerns will be taken care of promptly and professionally. Maintain a good customer relationship both on the phone and in person Listen to customers needs and concerns, recommend best resolution Confirm, schedule and re-schedule services for the customer Set sales appointments for new customers Answer customer billing questions Work as a team with Service team and Sales team Sell the customer services Smile while talking on the phone General clerical duties What do you need? High school diploma or GED 1 year of customer service experience Have a Friendly phone voice Be a good listener and communication skills Be able to multi-task while you enter accurate data while speaking with customers Be able to remain calm and able to work under pressure Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Available to work Monday-Friday Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check Quick books experience is a plus Why Choose Sureguard?
