This is a full-time position with bi-weekly pay, commission earnings, and real growth potential in a locally owned business that is actively expanding. What you'll be doing: Welcoming every customer who walks through the door — warmly, every time, no exceptions Processing payments accurately and efficiently using our POS system Pitching and selling our membership program to lobby customers — you earn commission on every membership you sell Keeping the lobby clean, organized, and presentable at all times — you own this space Answering questions about our services, packages, and pricing with confidence Creating an experience that makes customers want to come back What we're offering: Bi-weekly pay — consistent and on schedule Commission on membership sales — the more you sell, the more you earn Consistent schedule — no guessing week to week A team that takes pride in the work Room to grow — we have three locations and are expanding What we're looking for: A genuinely warm, outgoing personality — this is non-negotiable Someone who takes ownership of their space without being asked Basic math and cash handling comfort Reliability — if you say you'll be there, you're there Prior customer service, retail, or cashier experience preferred but not required if you have the right attitude Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment Must be available weekends

Full time | Tuesday-Sunday | Hours based on location needs
