Customer Service Representative
Land a full-time Customer Service Representative role in Lehi, Utah, paying $21/hour — where your work directly shapes how customers experience a growing brand. This is an in-office position with real ownership, variety across every support channel, and a front-row seat to product and process improvement.
Job Summary
This isn't a script-and-queue support job. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll own the full customer experience — from first contact to resolution — across email, chat, phone, and SMS. You'll be the voice of the customer internally, surfacing patterns and feedback that actually influence how the company improves its products.
What You'll Do
Handle customer inquiries across email, chat, phone, and SMS with accurate, on-brand responses
Resolve issues independently, applying sound judgment and company policy — not just a script
Moderate customer reviews and user-generated content
Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to leadership so problems get fixed at the root
Document processes clearly so knowledge is shared and support stays consistent
Track your own performance against CSAT scores, response time, and resolution quality
Provide front desk support as needed throughout the day
What You Bring
Required
2+ years of experience in customer service, customer experience, or ecommerce support
Strong written and verbal communication — you can explain a complex issue clearly and document a process cleanly
Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot independently and know when to escalate
Comfortable working in-office full-time in Lehi, Utah
Preferred
Experience with Shopify, Gladly, or Redo
Beginner to intermediate Excel skills
Familiarity with hard-goods fulfillment or physical product ecommerce
Genuine interest in health and wellness
Schedule & Shift
Full-time, Monday through Friday
In-office at the Lehi, Utah headquarters
Pay & Compensation
$21.00 per hour
