Job Description

Under the direct supervision of the Patient Contact Center Manager, the PCC Quality and Training Specialist is responsible to perform the initial/additional training for new and existing employees. Monitoring of this training is done by the performance of monthly quality performance audits. Ogden Clinic provides competitive pay and benefits.
