Salary Range:

$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or financial services. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional networks within a community. Strong organizational skills for managing client portfolios and business operations. Clear and effective verbal communication skills for presenting complex information. Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity is highly valued. Responsibilities Cultivate and expand our client base by identifying new opportunities in the Bristol area. Guide individuals and families through selecting insurance products that provide genuine peace of mind. Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure their coverage remains aligned with their evolving lives.
