2 weeks About the Position We are a local insurance office in Centreville, VA looking for a motivated and dependable full-time team member to join our office. Most of our clients are Korean-speaking, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable communicating in English and able to understand Korean conversations with clients . You do not need to speak or write fluent Korean. Being able to understand Korean is sufficient, as strong English communication skills are more important for this position. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone looking to start their professional career . No previous insurance experience is required. We will train the right candidate. Responsibilities Assist with customer service and client communication Respond to client questions and requests in a professional and timely manner Communicate with clients primarily in English Assist Korean-speaking clients when needed Handle day-to-day office and administrative tasks Maintain and organize client information and documents Learn insurance procedures and office operations Work toward obtaining a Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License within the first 2 months Qualifications Strong English communication skills , both verbal and written Able to understand Korean conversations; fluent Korean speaking/writing is not required College degree preferred No prior insurance experience required Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Professional and friendly attitude Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Basic computer skills P&C License Support No insurance license? No problem! We will provide support and training to help you work toward obtaining your Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License within your first 2 months . All eligible costs related to obtaining the license will be reimbursed by the company.
