Provide welcoming, attentive service to retail customers by offering product support and styling guidance. Maintain an organized sales floor, process purchases and returns, and support online order fulfillment and in-store pickup. Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide attentive, inclusive service. Offer product assistance and styling guidance across store categories. Replenish merchandise and maintain clean, organized, visually consistent displays. Fold, hang, and size products to meet presentation standards. Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately at checkout. Support Save the Sale, in-store pickup, and ship-from-store orders.
