Job Description

Drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction by managing order lifecycles and resolving complex service roadblocks for a leading transportation management provider.

Compensation:

$21.00/

Hour Location:

Gainesville, VA Schedule:

Monday - Friday, An 8-hour shift between 8:00am-6:00pm.

Responsibilities:

Monitor team dashboards and workflows to ensure orders progress seamlessly to completion. Manage assigned client account portfolios through every order phase to deliver exceptional service. Document all client interactions and maintain detailed account records in CRM systems. Resolve non-routine operational roadblocks and de-escalate customer concerns using sound judgment. Maintain professional email communication, ensuring responses are delivered within a 4-hour window. Provide day-to-day support and guidance to Client Administrators.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
