We are hiring a full-time Verizon Assistant to represent Verizon FiOS and connect customers with reliable fiber-optic internet solutions. This is an entry-level opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build valuable experience in sales, customer service, communication, and business development. No prior telecommunications experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and product education to help you confidently represent Verizon FiOS and develop the skills needed to succeed in a customer-facing sales environment. Role Responsibilities of the Verizon Assistant Engage with customers to introduce Verizon FiOS and identify internet solutions that align with their household needs. Explain Verizon FiOS features, benefits, pricing, and service options in a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand way. Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate fiber-optic internet solutions based on eligibility and service requirements. Guide customers through the enrollment and sales process, answering questions and creating a smooth customer experience. Build strong customer relationships through attentive communication, follow-up, and dependable customer service. Participate in ongoing training and coaching to strengthen sales, communication, product knowledge, and customer service skills. Qualities of a Verizon Assistant Quick to catch what customers are really saying and connect it to the right solution. Strong communication and active listening skills with a customer-first mindset. Reliable and composed, maintaining strong professionalism throughout the day. Professional presence with a calm edge; friendly, but never unsure. Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not required.
