Job Description

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and schedule calls accordingly to department
Assist Customers with other needs, including taking payments and other questions they might have
Make outbound calls to customers to schedule plan agreement visits
Some other office work to fill in during times the phones are not as busy

Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service role is not necessary
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in data entry and computer skills a must.
