Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and schedule calls accordingly to department
- Assist Customers with other needs, including taking payments and other questions they might have
- Make outbound calls to customers to schedule plan agreement visits
- Some other office work to fill in during times the phones are not as busy
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is not necessary
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills a must.
Pay:
$16.25- $17.
