Overview We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who is as comfortable picking up the phone to call a customer as answering one. You will be the first voice our customers hear, but this is not a wait-for-the-phone-to-ring job. A big part of your day will be outbound: calling past customers, following up on open estimates, and introducing promotions. If you like talking to people, keep a positive attitude, and are motivated by hitting goals, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails promptly and book service appointments in our scheduling software. Make outbound calls to past customers to schedule maintenance, reactivate inactive accounts, and fill the technicians' schedules. Follow up on estimates that customers have not yet approved and help move them to a booked job. Keep detailed, accurate records of every customer interaction in our computerized systems. Work with our technicians and office team to resolve customer issues and keep the day's schedule running smoothly. Handle challenging calls with patience and professionalism while following company policies. Skills and Qualifications Strong phone communication skills and a friendly, confident speaking voice. Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale; prior inside sales, call center, or appointment setting experience is a plus. Experience in customer service, ideally in home services or the trades. Comfortable with computers and data entry; ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required. Organized, detail oriented, and able to juggle inbound calls with outbound follow up. Goal driven, coachable, and positive.
