Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Associate to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front office operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while contributing to a professional and efficient workplace. Duties Greet and assist candidates, visitors, and clients in a professional and courteous manner. Answer incoming telephone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding testing appointments, directions, and general test center information. Check in candidates and verify appointment information prior to testing. Provide candidates with testing policies, procedures, and required documentation information. Manage the front desk, reception area, and waiting room to ensure a positive candidate experience. Maintain accurate records, logs, and administrative documentation. Coordinate communication between candidates and Test Center Administrators. Ensure all candidate forms and paperwork are completed accurately and securely. Maintain confidentiality of candidate and business information. Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, data entry, and document management. Support the overall operation of the Test Center while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Pay:
$14.50 - $15.75 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
