We're looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team and help make our customers' floral visions bloom!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the shop. Assist customers in selecting floral arrangements and other products that suit their needs, such as gifts for occasions like weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries. Provide expert advice on flower care and arrangement customization. Handle phone and online inquiries, including taking orders, providing pricing, and resolving any customer concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain an organized and attractive storefront by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring cleanliness. Process payments accurately and handle cash, credit card, and online transactions. Upsell products and services, such as delivery options or add-ons like vases, chocolates, or greeting cards. Collaborate with the design team to fulfill custom orders and ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service or retail sales (experience in the floral industry is a plus but not required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about floral products and trends.
