???? Are you organized, detail-oriented, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers? Do you like being part of a team where your work makes a difference? Gardner Manufacturing is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! This is more than answering phones and entering orders. You'll be a key connection between our customers, sales, production, engineering, quality, quoting, and shipping teams -helping make sure orders are accurate, customers are informed, and everything stays on track. ????

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

?? Process customer purchase orders and EDI orders ?? Communicate with customers regarding orders, changes, questions, and concerns ?? Coordinate with Production, Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Quoting ?? Manage customer orders and information through Infor CloudSuite ERP ?? Work with Production to confirm shipping dates ?? Coordinate trucking and ground shipments ?? Prepare picking documents, bills of lading, and shipping paperwork ?? Assist Sales with customer needs and new opportunities ?? Help resolve customer concerns and keep things moving ?

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is:

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Professional and confident communicating with customers
• A strong problem-solver who can think on their feet
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
• A positive team player
• Experienced in customer service (manufacturing experience is a plus!)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Familiar with ERP systems-or willing to learn ?
