• 2-4 Hours of daily out bound calls
• Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance and support
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
• Analyze customer accounts and provide accurate and detailed information ```No Experience Needed```
• Sales experience is beneficial
• Sales Commission earnings available This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and the willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers.
